Ten years on the frame of a sofa, bed or dining chair, five on a table, and one year on the fabric. The fabric is what wears first, so buy a fabric shaver with any sofa here. If something does fail, the claim goes by email with photos and your order number, so keep the confirmation email.
What goes wrong
The sofa fabric pills, and things arrive damaged or short of parts. When that happens, Castlery can be slow to help, and it is worst on the Dalton bed.
Anything wrong is far easier to sort out while you still have the boxes and your 30-day window.
What a return costs
Sending something back costs 20% of what you paid, taken out of your refund, and you have 30 days from delivery to ask. Keep the original boxes as well, because without them Castlery charges another $50 per item. Flatten them and slide them behind a door for the month.
It has to go back as new, with no scratches or stains, and the delivery fee does not come back. If a sofa turns out firmer than you like, that is not a fault in Castlery’s eyes, so sending it back costs you the same fee. White Glove hauls the boxes away, so pay for it on the Dalton, where the build makes it worth it, and skip it on anything you might send back.
