Corrections are the most useful thing you can send. Specifications change, products get discontinued, and stock runs out between the day I check a listing and the day you read about it. If something on this site is wrong, tell me and I will fix it rather than leave it sitting there.
Worth writing about
A spec that does not match the manufacturer. A product I recommended that has since gone bad. A listing that switched to a marketplace seller. A room measurement that does not work in practice. Any of those genuinely help.
Questions about which size or model suits your room are welcome too, though I will point you at whichever page already answers it if one does.
Not worth writing about
I have no inventory, no warehouse and no orders. Corner Nook stopped selling in 2022, so anything about shipping, returns or an order number needs to go to whoever you actually bought from.

Response time
A few days, usually. This is one person working on it part time rather than a support desk, and I would rather say that plainly than promise 24 hours and miss it.
