Looking to return an item?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, and it is a returnable item, simply contact us for an RMA within 30 days of receipt.
You may return your products within 30 days from date of receipt for a refund or exchange. After 30 days, we will provide a store credit for returns.
You must have the original packaging. If you think you might want to return the item, make sure you hold on to all packaging. All merchandise must be received back to us in the condition, and cartons (remember to save the boxes!), in which it was sent.
Products under the Seating and Tables & Desks category will be subject to a restocking fee equal to 20% of the purchase price.
In the event your item is defective or damaged in shipping, please contact us within 5 days of order receipt so we can set up an exchange or ship replacement parts. Please take pictures of the damages or defects and send us a copy when you contact us.
We reserve the right to bill you for shipping charges on refused shipments that are not damaged, or shipments returned due to bad addresses or phone numbers. All items must be returned within 30 days of the return authorization issue date.
Refunds will only be made once merchandise has been received and inspected within the allotted time.
Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit back to the original account.
