Shipping policy

Our free standard shipping is available to your door or dock on all items shipped by UPS or FedEx within the 48 contiguous states.

Orders typically ship within 48 hours. Typical domestic transit time 5-10 business days with many orders arriving sooner. Products in our Seating and Wellness categories are typically faster with a transit time of around 2-5 days. To assure quick arrival, items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

Most items are shipped unassembled or partially assembled unless otherwise noted.

Also, please note that we reserve the right to bill you for any address corrections or address changes once an order ships. 

We are unable ship to P.O. Boxes, Military APOs, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. We currently do not ship internationally.
